Emergency Shelter Care
There is no substitute for loving parents and a good home. But when that is not an option, our shelter services are available. We strive to offer great food, a fun and structured environment, and most importantly, people who care and respect the potential in youth. The shelter is open 24 hours a day, and house youth eight through seventeen years of age, from Rogers and surrounding counties. Youth in our shelter care are placed by child welfare, juvenile services, and by parents who need a “cooling off” period. In addition to great care, residents also can participate in the therapeutic arts program and have access to counseling services provided through Rogers County Youth Services.
